Personal Swimming Schedule

          I swim five-six days a week, and I work out every day, either at swim or in the morning. I swim on a swim team called NOCO Swim Club. I am in the fourth out of six/seven levels. The levels are:

1.  Fundamentals 1 (learning how to swim)
2.  Fundamentals 2 (Improving; learning more; swimming in 25 yd lanes, instead of 15 meters)
3.  Skills (Working on getting faster; perfecting your swimming)
4.  Advanced Skills (Improving your times)
5.  Juniors (Lots of swimming; getting faster)
6.  Seniors (Trying to get better and get into college swimming) (College Swimming) (trying to get into the Olympics and getting a scholarship) 

          Each level is longer, harder, and faster than the one before it. The levels are based on your skill, not your age.
