1.   Are you getting 8 hours of sleep each night?
          Yes, even more some nights.

2.  Do you get to sleep a couple of hours before midnight?
          Yes, but I want to get more.

3.  Are you going to bed and waking up at the same time?
          Usually yes, but not all the time.

4.  Are you drinking enough water? Or do you wait until you are thirsty?
          Both, really.

5.  Do you eat fruit, vegetables, and nuts every day?
          I eat fruit every day. Sometimes nuts and vegetables.

6.  Do you eat processed foods and lots of sugar?
          Not usually, but if I do it is on holidays and Fridays.

7.  Do you have a healthy body weight?
          I probably have a healthy body weight.

8.  Are you out of breath when you walk up a hill or upstairs?
          Unless I sprint, no.

9.  Do you frequently feel out of energy?
          No.

10.  Do you walk outside regularly?
          Yes, almost every day.

11.  Do you eat dinner with your family?
          Most nights, yes.

12.  Do you read high-quality books? (e.g., the Bible, Treasure Island, The Chronicles of Narnia, Robinson Crusoe, etc.)
          Yes.

13.  Do you have friends who build you up and encourage you to do the right thing? Are you a friend like this?
          I have friends that build me up and encourage me. I am a friend like this.

14.  Do you listen to high-quality music (e.g., Handle, Beethoven, etc.)
          No.

15.  What do you want to achieve?
          I want to work out, not in the pool.

16.  When do you want to achieve it?
          I want to work out every day, not just on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

17.  What are you willing to sacrifice to achieve it?
          I am willing to sacrifice some of my time to work out every day.
