The Importance of Water and Hydration

Also, your brain naturally does not store much water, so if your body is dehydrated, your brain will be slow, and you will have trouble remembering things and answering simple questions that you already know.

          Finally, it is important to drink clean, non-chemical water. You may think that bottled water or water from a plastic cup is safer than most water, but probably not. This is because plastic has chemicals in it that break off into the water, which makes the water no longer good for your body. Also, you should make sure that the water you are drinking is filtered well and the right way, with a high-quality filter. Glass is probably the best choice to drink water from, not plastic.
