1. What is the difference between a second-degree and a third-degree burn?
Even though they are both painful, a second-degree burn is red, and it can have blisters. A third-degree burn would be deep, at least 3 inches long, and will be white, brown, or black.
2. How do you treat a first-degree burn?
Run the burn under cool water for at least 10-15 minutes. You can disinfect it and put a band-aid or something else that you can use to wrap and cover it.

-Try not to touch stoves, fire places, furnaces, candles, hot pots, ovens, and boiling water. If steam or smoke is rising from it, don’t touch it.
-Carefully feel water in the shower or tub before getting in.
-Don’t smoke, be careful using lighters, candles, and matches, and don’t give these items to children.
6. Why is higher sunscreen SPF not sufficient for protecting your skin?
Because the chemicals can also leach into your skin.

Don’t smoke, and don’t eat lots of sugar and processed foods.
